Bringing It All Back Where?

Man I'm bad at this Blog thing,

I forgot I had one I guess.

Now that I realize
what time it is I probably don't have much time to finish it, but I'll go ahead and start and see what happens. Since I last wrote....

I had an awesome summer. I worked a little and made some doll hairs. I also got like 3 vacations. I went campanoeing, hiked the rockies, and chilled on the beach. Oh and I turned 21 so I'm pretty much the same except I have a beer once and a while. No big deal. Oh and I can go to movies on school nights.

I just recently moved back to Springfield and started the Fall semester at Missouri State University. I like it here. Oh and I share an amazing house with 4 really cool dudes. I'd like to give a shout-out to my roommates Paul, George, John and Ringo. Its kinda weird how that worked out.

Well I'm off to class. I have Geology at 3:00, so I'll be back in a couple of hours if I can. It might be a little longer though cause I have to go
get my kick drum at some friend's house, and then I have band practice. Oh, and right after that I have a bible study meeting. Shoot, well just take some time to stretch your legs/use the restroom and I'll be back in a few. Hope you are enjoying the show so far.

Intermission.........................................................................zzzzzz.......................................

Ah man, band practice wasn't too good today

I'm back! Anyways...

One more thing before I let you go. I had a crazy first day of classes. My teacher (who happens to be one of the funniest/oldest teachers i've ever had) collapsed in the middle of the first day. It was pretty worried about him. We called an ambulance which hauled him off to the hospital. We got an email back that day though saying he was doing fine. I'm glad. Oh yeah I'll put some pictures up of my room.

Love Commandments

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.
Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.

Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.
Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.

Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody.
If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace withe everyone.
Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. On the contrary:

"If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."

DO NOT BE OVERCOME BY EVIL, BUT OVERCOME EVIL WITH GOOD

-Paul (Romans 12:9-21)

Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been?

Today I had one of my all-time favorite sandwiches. It was the exact sandwich you see before you (minus the tomato, add green pepper). In case you were confused, that is cheddar cheese and not american.

Being my first blog post, I'm sure anyone reading this has pretty high expectations. I only hope I can live up to them. Introducing myself completely and in a single post is proving to be a difficult task. You may not know it now, but I have already revealed much about my character through my choice of sandwich.

First off, and perhaps most important, I am a man of good sense. Not Mr. Being a simple man, I try not to get too carried away with any foolish nonsense, and I do my best to be decisive and make good judgment. This, however, can prove to be a difficult task for a young collegiate student.

Now for the bread. Yes, I am a white man... very white. One might say pale, but I prefer the word "fair." Thats about the closest similarity between me and bread though.

Butts, it is really hard to compare myself to a sandwich. There is a lot of meat on this sandwich, and I'm no vegetarian so I guess that works.

Lastly and most important, Goodcents sandwiches are great if you give them a chance. The combination of the freshly sliced meat and cheese, fresh condiments and bread, topped with love and care make for the beginning of a wonderful relationship. Now, I can't say I make for a very good snack, try to be a nice guy and love making new friends. My goal: to make people feel good and satisfied just like my favorite sandwich, the Mr. Goodcents Original.

P.S. I go to Missouri State and I am majoring in Electronic Arts. I like music, drumming, and I'm in a band called The Mariner.
